dotShule meets the needs of pre-primary, primary, secondary and college schools serving all of them on a centralized database. It provides unlimited user accounts for teaching staff, support staff, parents and students. All the collected data remains accessible by our clients at any time even if they are no longer active customers.

Onboarding fees
This is a one time charge of UGX7,500,000 for a school to start using dotShule services. It covers connection fees, administrator training, setting the school website on the school directory and service fees for the term the school join in.

Ground fees
These are paid every academic year or term. The total amount is derived from the number of students in the school. Each student is charged UGX10,000 per year.
